Who we are

MSC for Modern Building is an Egyptian MEP and infrastructure contractor. Since 2023 we have delivered more than 35 projects for developers, hospitals, hotels and industrial clients.

We install and commission HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, and gaseous and aerosol suppression systems, together with the underground water, fire and drainage networks that serve them. Our work is judged on execution quality, technical compliance and safety, and on how well we coordinate with the consultant and the main contractor.

How we work

Skilled site teams

Trained crews and experienced site staff work to approved drawings, specifications and method statements, under continuous supervision.

A working technical office

Shop drawings, material submittals, quantity take-offs, method statements and as-built drawings are prepared in-house and kept in step with the site through testing, commissioning and handover.

Coordination

We work closely with consultants, main contractors and the other trades, so clashes and site issues are resolved early instead of on the day.

Schedule

Milestones are planned against real manpower and material availability, then tracked on site until they are met.

Health, safety and environment

Our people, equipment and sites are protected first. Safe work is a condition of every activity, not an add-on.

Codes and standards

Every system we design or install follows the code that governs it. These are the references we work to on site and in the technical office.
